This event is intentionally designed for women only, and that part matters. Golf can feel intimidating if you are new, rusty, or convinced you are “bad at sports” because of something said to you in 1998. This day is about comfort, not competition. Confidence, not perfection. Fun, not full courses.

I think serving together builds connection in a way that feels natural, grounded, and sustainable, especially for women who experience social anxiety, busy lives, or hesitation around traditional networking spaces. Volunteering has helped me break into communities as a person who isn't comfortable with small talk or starting conversation with strangers.
