Empowerment Hacks: Pursue Yourself

We put so much pressure on ourselves, and on each other, to “figure it out.” To find the right path. To find out purpose. We obsess over passion, direction, and the idea of a grand calling, as if simply existing isn’t enough. As if we’re somehow incomplete until we land on that one thing.

But what even is that thing? Ask ten different people and you’ll get ten different answers. And truthfully, those answers change over time.

So here’s a thought:

What if the path isn’t something you find? What if it’s something that finds you, once you start showing up for yourself?

Sometimes the most powerful shift comes not from chasing the dangling carrot, but from choosing what already aligns with your peace, your growth, and your truth.

That’s when it becomes easier to pursue becoming the healthiest, happiest, most healed, most present, and most confident version of you.

If you don’t know what to pursue right now, don’t panic. Just pursue your own wholeness. Ground yourself so deeply in who you're becoming that the right path can’t help but reveal itself.

And no, it doesn’t have to be perfect. You just have to start. That first step might be as simple as:

  • Waking up and stretching with intention

  • Nourishing your mind with something empowering

  • Replacing criticism with compassion

  • Choose one small habit that brings you closer to your higher self.

  • Laugh more.

  • Release what’s not yours to carry.

Do the things that return you to your essence.

And sis, do it on purpose.

That’s how the next version reaches the surface. And with it, the next chapter of your life.

THE HACK:

When you’re unsure about your direction, make yourself the mission. Prioritize growth, peace, presence, and wellness—and trust that the right path will align with that energy.

EMPOWERMENT HACK OF THE MONTH:

Don’t chase the next big move. Instead, become the person who can handle the next big move. And trust that the right path will meet you at the level of investment you’ve made in yourself.
